How to send a purchase order to multiple recipients

You can add multiple recipients to purchase orders. This is useful when you need to notify several vendor contacts or internal colleagues simultaneously.

To use this feature, you must first activate it in the company settings. See how to activate multiple purchase order email recipients. Once activated, follow the steps below to send a purchase order to multiple recipients.

Steps

1. Create a purchase order.
2. Click Send purchase order email in the top right corner when in the purchase order overview.
3. In the pop-up, click the field under Recipients.
4. In the drop-down, you can:
   • Select colleagues from your company account.
   • Select existing contacts from the vendor.
   • Type a new email address directly into the field and press Enter to add it.
   • Paste one or several email addresses.
5. Add all required recipients.
6. Click Send email.

The purchase order will be sent to everyone on the list.

Note: In the Notes section of the purchase order, you can see a record of who received the email.
