Work Orders Improve work order task creation and deletion workflow Project managers can now more easily manage tasks within work orders. Budget data is pre-filled for lump sum tasks, and project managers can delete tasks even with pending timesheets. Budget data pre-fill for lump sum tasks When selecting a budget line item on a lump sum task in the work order mapper, the unit and unit price are now automatically copied from the budget. The fields are only pre-filled when they are currently empty — any values the user has already entered are left untouched. Project manager task deletion Project managers can now delete tasks from the work order task table regardless of whether the task was created by the worker or the project manager. The only remaining restriction is that a task cannot be deleted once its timesheet has been confirmed (approved). When deleting a task that has a pending (submitted but not yet approved) timesheet, the confirmation dialog now includes a clear warning that the timesheet submission will also be removed and the action cannot be undone.
