How to activate multiple purchase order email recipients

You can enable multiple recipients when sending purchase orders. This allows you to notify additional contacts, such as a site manager or multiple vendor representatives.

Before using this feature, you must activate it at the company level.

Steps

1. Go to Company.
2. Click Settings.
3. Open Company-wide features.
4. Scroll to Multiple purchase order email recipients.
5. Enable the feature.

Once activated, a pop-up will appear when you send a purchase order. You can then select multiple recipients before sending.
