How to edit a cost entry

Open the relevant project and navigate to Costs in the project menu. Locate the cost entry you want to edit and open it.

1. Click Change in the top right corner.
2. Enter a reason for the change in the prompt that appears.
3. Click Archive and Change.

You are taken directly to an editable copy of the original cost entry. From here, you can update general invoice details — such as name, invoice date, and due date — or adjust the amounts assigned to specific budget items.

Note: Planyard archives the original cost entry and creates an exact copy for you to edit.
