How to adjust the VAT retention calculation method

In Planyard, you can choose how VAT is calculated when retention is involved — either on the full net claim or on the net claim after retention is deducted.

1. Log in to your Planyard account.
2. Click Company in the top menu.
3. Click Settings.
4. Navigate to Financial Settings.
5. At the top of the page, toggle between VAT on full net claim and VAT after retention is deducted.

Note: This setting applies company-wide and affects how VAT is calculated across all projects with retention.
